Psychological Evaluation/Assessments
To better understand an individual's struggles and cognitive performance, it is common for a psychological evaluation to be completed. This involves specific assessment tools to measure, observe, and analyze an individual's behavior and mental processes to determine a clarified diagnosis. It is crucial to have an accurate diagnosis of an individual's struggles because this ultimately guides treatment and improves treatment goal outcomes.
*Psychological evaluations may be completed for academic accommodations, professional reinstatement, and personal exploration.
Assessments include ADHD screenings + reports.

Life-Coaching
Life coaching is a collaborative and goal-oriented process designed to help individuals achieve personal and professional growth. We work with clients to clarify goals, identify obstacles, and develop strategies for overcoming challenges. Unlike therapy, which may focus on addressing past traumas and emotional issues, life coaching is forward-focused and action-oriented.
